The school was honoured at the Northside People Community Awards on Friday last, where the school came runner up in the School in the Community section.
This was a terrific achievement. Joe Duffy, the presenter on the night, made a special reference to the qualities of our special school- inclusion, commitment to the needs of all children, strong emphasis on intercultural support for all pupils and an ethos of care and support.
This is an honour for the whole school- parents , staff and pupils alike.
