We are thrilled to inform you that the boys on our Senior Football Team won the Final of their championship in Parnell Park earlier today.
This is a fantastic achievement for the team and we send our full congratulations to the children involved and to their mentors Mr. O’Cearra and Ms. P. Dunne.
It was a nail-biting game which literally went down to the wire. We won by the narrowest of margins- just one point- so it was a hard won victory!
To mark this achievement, the whole school went to the 3rd class yard and formed a guard of honour to greet the tam on their return.
We ended the day with a pizza party on the yard!
