Parent Teacher Meetings, November, 2018
Dear Parents,
Good communication on an on-going basis between home and school is essential to the process of education and to your child’s progress in school. Parent Teacher meetings play an important part in this communication. We intend to hold Parent Teacher Meetings for Senior Infants to 6th Class in November and urge all parents to attend.
Date of Meetings
All meetings will take place on:
the afternoon of Tuesday November 20th
the afternoon of Thursday November 22nd.
Meetings will be held from 2:40 to 5:00pm on each of these days.
Online System for Choosing Parent Teacher Meetings
In previous years, we asked parents to come in person and sign up for meetings. This was not always convenient for parents.
This year, both schools are using an on-line facility to allow parents to select a date and time for their parent teacher meetings. This will be the only option available for you to choose your time. Full details of how to log-on to this facility have been sent home with pupils today. We hope that this new system will make the process simpler and easier for parents.
The system can be accessed up until Tuesday the 13th November. Please make sure to complete registration before this time.
