Today, we learned with great sadness that Eileen O’Rourke has announced her retirement as principal of Coláiste Pobail Setanta, with effect from the 31st August, 2017.
On behalf of the staff and entire school community here in Littlepace, I would like to express my best wishes to Eileen on her decision. She has led the school with distinction, since she founded the school 9 years ago.
From the outset, we developed a warm working relationship which was centred entirely on the students her care. That relationship grew over the years and was strengthened by the many contacts we developed between both schools.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Eileen for her leadership, service and dedication. She leaves behind a legacy of which she can be justifiably proud.
