End of Year Assembly and Awards Ceremony

Our End of Year Assembly was a wonderful celebration of the achievements, talents and contributions of our pupils throughout the school year. It was a special opportunity for our school community to come together and recognise the hard work, dedication and positive spirit shown by so many students.

A number of awards were presented during the ceremony. Attendance Awards were given to pupils who demonstrated excellent attendance throughout the year. At Mary Mother of Hope, we place great importance on attendance, recognising that being present in school every day helps children to learn, grow and reach their full potential.

We were also delighted to present the annual Art Competition awards, held in memory of our good friend Aaron. The competition showcased the incredible creativity and artistic talents of our pupils, and the standard of entries was exceptionally high.

The Story Writing Competition awards were presented in memory of Mr. Gannon. Pupils produced imaginative and engaging stories, demonstrating their excellent writing skills and creativity. Congratulations to all who participated.

During the assembly, Ms. Fitzpatrick also took the opportunity to thank all of our wonderful student committees for their hard work and commitment throughout the year. Their efforts have made a significant contribution to school life, and we greatly appreciate the enthusiasm and leadership they have shown.

Congratulations to all of our award recipients and to every pupil who contributed to making this school year such a successful and memorable one. We wish everyone a safe, happy and enjoyable summer break.
