Yesterday, we had a visit from 32 student teachers and their professors from Texas, USA.
They were greeted by the school choir, who put on a beautiful outdoor performance.
Our visitors spent the rest of the day visiting classes and taking part in activities organised by the different classes.
This included a demonstration of Gaelice games on the Astro, which went down a treat.
Our visitors were super-impressed by the school:
The friendly welcome
The engagement of the pupils
Their manners and polite nature
The level of engagement with teachers in their lessons
And the welcome they received from all of the staff in the school
We had a wonderful day with our visitors, sharing our stories and our experiences!
