Congratulations to the Girls’ Soccer Team who made it 5 wins out of 5 in the FAI Schools’ Blitz in Abbotstown today.
They put in superb individual performances through each leg of the competition- with very fine displays of footwork and team-work!
They manged a clean sheet of four game out of four without conceding any goals, which is a tremendous achievement!
They kept this record going in the final, where they won by a goal to nil.
This means that the girls progress to the next stage of the competition in early May.
We wish them, and the mentors, Mr. Lally and Mr. McGeough continued success in the competition.
