Busy week ahead in Mary Mother of Hope S.N.S.!

• All classes are busy getting ready for our upcoming Carol Services on December 16th and 17th.

  All Parents are invited to attend on the day so please note the date and time of your child’s event. The times for the services are indicated below:

  Tuesday 16th December

  10.00am: 3rd class

  11.30am: 4th Class

  Wednesday 17th December

  10.00am: 5th Class

  11.30am: 6th Class

  All children are asked to wear Santa Hats for performances.   

Christmas Jumper Day  Friday, December 12th.

We will be having a Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Crumlin Children’s Hospital on Friday, December 12th.  Children are invited to wear their Christmas Jumpers, festive clothes and colours to school on the day, if they would like to. Children will also enjoy a Christmas movie with their friends in class. A donation of €2.00 per child is suggested which can be paid on Aladdin.

Reindeer Food

Children in the 5th class will be preparing some “Magic Reindeer Food” for you and your child to sprinkle on the ground on Christmas Eve. This comes attached to a lovely Christmas card and each bag costs €1.00. Reindeer food will be on sale from Monday December 8th. Payment can be made on Aladdin, and you order will be delivered to your child’s classroom. Please feel free to buy for friends and family as the entire proceeds will go to the St. Vincent de Paul.

Half Day on December 19th

A reminder that school closes for Christmas on Friday, the 19th of December at 12pm for the Christmas break.
