The new Mobile LEGO Trolley officially launched this week

A huge thanks to our Student Council and Ms. Greene for our brand new Lego trolley!

This fantastic initiative began with an idea placed in a classroom suggestion box by one of our students & it was brought to our attention at our Student Council meeting before Christmas. The team agreed it would be a worthwhile project and a valuable resource for the students of our school.

The Student Council would like to sincerely thank the parents and students from our school community for their generous LEGO donations. Thanks to their support, we were able to create 28 fully resourced boxes.

The Mobile LEGO Trolley is a powerful, hands-on learning resource that will support the development of a wide range of skills. Through both individual and group work, students will strengthen their creativity, imagination and innovation while also developing critical thinking, logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Working collaboratively, they will practice communication, teamwork, negotiation and leadership skills. As they design, build, test and refine their creations, they will build resilience, perseverance and adaptability, learning to evaluate setbacks as opportunities for improvement. The resource also encourages spatial awareness, fine motor development and engineering thinking, while fostering confidence and independence in learning.
